Overview
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Returning Your Item
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at mechsandmonstersuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return address.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.
- Personalised or custom-made products (for example, posters with custom text or designs), unless they are defective.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, design, or model, please let us know. We will process this once the original item has been received and approved.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. You may still be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
